Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to any subscription ("subscribe and save" / recurring) order placed with Meridel, operated by Abbrevia LLC. It is provided together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

How subscriptions work

When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you enroll in a recurring order. You are charged the amount shown for your selected option at the time you place the order, and again on each renewal — every 30 days (or the interval shown on the product page) — automatically, until you cancel. Prices, applicable taxes, and shipping are shown before you complete each purchase.

Your consent

You must actively agree to these subscription terms at checkout before any recurring charge is made. By enrolling, you authorize Meridel to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule described above until you cancel.

Billing descriptor

Your card or bank statement will show a charge from meridel.shop for each order.

Renewal reminders

Before each recurring charge, we send you an electronic notification 5 to 7 days in advance, and a receipt after each successful charge. For subscriptions that continue for a year or longer, we also send an annual reminder of your subscription terms, in line with applicable law.

Changing or canceling

You can cancel anytime — there are no cancellation fees and no phone call is required. Manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription from your account, or email us at support@meridel.shop or call +1 505 225 9932. Cancellations take effect before your next billing date as long as they are made before that date; changes made after an order has been placed apply to the following cycle.

Refunds

Subscription orders follow our Refund Policy: you may request a return within 30 days of delivery (only unopened and unused products are eligible for a refund; there is no restocking fee, and damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered). Canceling a subscription stops future charges; it does not automatically refund an order already placed — contact us and we'll help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Material changes to your recurring terms will be disclosed before they take effect. Your continued subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms.
