Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Meridel, operated by Abbrevia LLC. We want you to be confident in what you buy. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right within the terms below.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

Condition of returned items

Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging, for safety and hygiene reasons. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free replacement — no return of the item required in most cases. Please include your order number and a photo where possible.

How to start a return

Email us at support@meridel.com or call +1 505 225 9932 with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions before you ship anything back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

For standard returns of unopened items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used supplements, gift cards, and any item marked final sale are not eligible for return.
