Green coffee beans are coffee beans (Coffea spp.) that have not been roasted, which preserves a class of naturally occurring plant compounds called chlorogenic acids. This formula uses an extract standardized to a stated 50% chlorogenic-acid content, at a single honest dose — one named ingredient, no proprietary blend. Because the beans are unroasted rather than decaffeinated, the extract retains caffeine.
