Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings

If you take insulin or other blood-sugar-lowering medication, consult your physician before use. This formula includes chromium, alpha lipoic acid, and berberine — ingredients studied at higher doses for effects on glucose handling — and combined use with glucose-lowering medication may increase the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
This product contains berberine and resveratrol, which may interact with certain prescription medications; talk to your physician or pharmacist if you take other medications.
