Omega-3 provides EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), the two long-chain omega-3 fatty acids the body cannot make on its own in meaningful amounts. Each softgel delivers 720 mg of combined EPA and DHA from 1200 mg of fish oil — a concentration of roughly 60% omega-3s, higher than commodity-grade fish oil.
