Suggested use

Liver caution (evidence-based): turmeric/curcumin products taken with piperine have been associated in recent case reports with rare idiosyncratic liver injury (PMID 36252717, 41281037). Discontinue and consult a physician if you notice symptoms such as unusual fatigue, abdominal pain, dark urine, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
